Open Book Therapy
In Person and Tele-health Services
**A note about in office appointments: In office appointments are not available on all days.
Open Book Therapy uses a hybrid model to provide services.
At Open Book Therapy our primary goal and focus when working with individuals is to provide a comfortable space where they can feel the space to focus on their concerns without also having to plan, "What am I going to talk about in therapy today?"
At Open Book Therapy we also enjoy finding ways to combine traditional approaches with more modern approaches over the course of our time spent together creating treatment goals and collaborating on taking action on those goals. Some examples are some of our more commonly used treatment approaches are:
-
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
-
DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
-
REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy)
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
When appropriate and available, at Open Book Therapy we also attempt to accommodate integrating mindfulness techniques, utilizing music, creating art in session, and even sharing a funny meme or two.
